I see these stuff near Baiyoke Suite. Many styles and with feathers also. Some more in Indra Square nearby. Nothing much in Baiyoke Sky now. The place is very quiet.

Hi, thanks.

but i thought the wholesale market is all near the bayoki sky hotel?

they are no longer there?

sorry, please advise further.

tks.

the wholesale market is outside the baiyoke sky. The stores inside the baiyoke sky may still be there, but the place is a bit quiet like the last post mentioned.

The wholesale market in the street outside baiyoke sky didn%26#39;t have any when I was there last april.

The pratunam market (I entered it from the right side of the Amari Watergate hotel. If you are facing the hotel on the right said there is a small entrance to the market). I found quite a few in there with the items you require.

Hi, i see...quite disappointed to hear that...

but no problem...thanks for your advise.

I saw these sexy lingeries under the wholesale market having roof but no aircon, within walking distance from Baiyoke Sky, Baiyoke Suite and Indra Square.

The area on the street was getting crowded as per my last trip last month. Here they set up umbrellas and sold fake Nike T-Shirts made in Singapore and fake Pantene. I think they’re fake when I compare with my real Nike T-Shirt made in Thailand. The Pantene looks so real I can’t be able to tell, but 100 Baht for 500ml shampoo + 400ml conditioner should be fake in my opinion. The best deal so far I got is from Tesco Lotus 79 Baht for 400ml shampoo only.

Hi , we are staying at the Baiyoke Sky in Feb, what else do they sell at the market outside, and how far is the tescos to buy shampoo please!

Outside Baiyoke Sky they sell:

- Dresses for little girls

- sports tops and bottoms

- sunglasses

- hair clips/hairbands

- shoes for girls, mens, ladies

- handbags

- music cd%26#39;s

- watches

- clothes for girls, ladies,men

- dress jewellery

The list can be endless, these are just things I was looking at.

The shops at Baiyoke Sky had quite a few shops that sell t-shirts with singers on them eg Ramones, Bob Marley etc. There were a couple of childrens clothes shops, jeans shops.

But across the road from Baiyoke Sky is Indra Square (indoor airconditioned market). This had a lot of clothes and accessories, don%26#39;t forget you can bargain here. I think this place closes early like 6 or 7 pm. They have a MacDonalds in there and a small eating hall on the 2nd floor. Where the eating hall is there%26#39;s a ladies boutique that sell very nice cocktail and ball gowns and next door to that is a shop where you can get flower girl dresses for about $1,000 baht.

Oh Indra also has a Swensons. So cheap and huge their icecreams. Had a chocolate indulgence which had about 7 different types of chocolate icecream and chocolate for approx 165baht.

Hi,you can get everything you need at the shopping complex MPK or it maybe MBK right by the National Statium.Take the sky train to the National Statium station.Turn right as you exit the platform and its a couple of minutes walk.It is sign posted and you dont have to go to street level Cheers

Sunshinelincs,

From your hotel, walk to BigC supermarket opposite Isetan (Isetan is next to Central World Plaza). Many floors. A lot to buy. No need to go far for Tesco Lotus.

There’s one at On Nut BTS Skytrain Station but their promotion is on and off non-stop. They pulled that Pantene up to 129 Baht. Later will go to 99B or 85B. Please see the website they list the current promotion

Put “Tesco Lotus” in the “Search in” box above to find the one near you.

Here’s a copy of a post in our forum %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;There%26#39;s an immense Carrefour Superstore on Rama IV, in principle at the foot of Sukhumvit soi 26. There%26#39;s an equally-big Tesco right across the road. If you get off the BTS Skytrain at Phrom Pong, you can pick up a free shuttle bus down soi 24 beside the Emporium. Otherwise, it%26#39;s a 50 baht taxi ride.%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;
