diving & snorkeling info please.

we normally go to samui in may- which is not the best time to go snorkeling or scuba diving.

We are thinking of March this time-

1) is that a good time for visability?

2) what private charter/speed boat company can anyone recommend?

3) is there anyone that does scenic flights from kho samui?

I%26#39;ve ever heard about PADI in Samui. For this topic just waiting for other member.

About the flight to Samui. The only one airline operate from Bangkok is ';Bangkok Airway';. (Actually, the airport in Samui is private airport own by Bangkok Airway) There%26#39;s a flight from Malaysia also by other airline. Bangkok Airway operate a lot of flight everday from Bangkok to Samui. You can check at their web site.

March is a great time for viz in Samui. Try Blue Planet Dive Centre for the diving/snorkeling, they can charter private boats for you. Re the flights, do you mean sight-seeing flights? If so the answer is %26#39;no%26#39; I%26#39;m afarid.

I am in Kho Samui now with my 14 year old daughter and looking for an appropriate dive centre cos not sure who to trust so thanks for the tip re Blue Planet, I will check them out. I have my dive card accreditation with me. Also looking for the cheapest way to get to Malaysia from here, not keen on going back to Bangkok! Any ideas? I was told I could fly from here to Malaysia but it doesnt look like it now! Shez
