Recommend a hotel that will allow me to checkin after 1am

Hi I arrive in Bangkok at about 1am on Monday 22/12.

I would like to book a hotel that I can straight into but so far Im finding it difficult to find any hotels that allow check-ins at this time.

Can anybody recommend a decent hotel that will allow me to check-in at 1am?

Any hotel should allow you to check in at 1am, as tourists arriving late do it all the time. However, if you want a room at that time, expect to pay for a full night for it, as the hotel would have to keep the room for you.

I %26#39;think%26#39; what you are getting at is this:

If for example you arrive at 1 am on say 10th you are trying to book a hotel %26#39;for the 10th%26#39; and check in at 1 am ?? - That you can%26#39;t do.

What you have to do is book the hotel for the night of the 9th !

Hotels in general have check-out times between 10 am and say midday, so if you are looking to arrive at 1 am then you need to book the room for the previous night.

So, if you arrive at say 1 am in the morning of the 10th you need to book the hotel for the %26#39;night of 9th%26#39; ( but do advise that you will be arriving 1 am. )

You would then be expected to check-out between 10 am and midday, if you want to stay the %26#39;night of 10th also%26#39; then you need to book nights %26#39;of%26#39; 9th and 10th.

I muddled that:

To arrive at 1 am or even after and want a room you need to book for the %26#39;night of%26#39; the previous night. e.g in this example 9th.

If you arrive 1 am on 10th and want to depart sometime on the 11th then that would be 2 nights.

All hotels shall be happy to allow check in at 1am.

I was check in the Majestic suite 3am on the first trip to Bangkok without any problem . However, I had to book the room the night before.
