Night markets?

Staying at Swiss Park at Sukhumvit (off Soi 11) from Oct 26 to 28. Which are the good night markets... are Suan Lum %26amp; Chatuchak open? How do I get there economically.

Also which is the best place to buy a basic digital camera (approx 10,000 Bht)

Night markets?

Chatachuk are only open on the weekends.

Patpong has night markets that run every night.

Night markets?

Hi

We found Suan Lum night market really good. We caught a taxi from Chit lom which is two stops from where you are staying. But taxi%26#39;s are really cheap the only problem is ensuring the taxi drivers undertand where you are going we found telling them about temples or stations nearby easier in this case Lumphini Station worked and is literally on the doorstep.

Depending on what time you arrive on Sat I would go to Chatuchak market first and as early as possible as you will have more choice. Also you can catch the Skytrain to it.

For camera%26#39;s etc you should head to Ratchadamri and go to the Panthip Plaza which is a huge market of electrical goods.

You may go to Chatuchak market by BTS, stop Mo Chit.

Chatuchuk has DAY market on weekends only. You can take BTS there. Suan lum has night market every night. You can go there by MRT. It鈥檚 like Chatuchuk market night version, a little bit more expensive but also cooler and more pleasant to shop around.
