Hi just trying to find any info on any Pub/Guest house to stay from 28th Oct till the 10Th Nov.Close to the beach with a pool but not necessary.

Many of the cheaper places to stay can often be a fair way from the beach, it depends on your budget and really just how cheap you want it to be, note that from 1st November almost every type of accommodation increases to season prices.

Sugar Palm at Karon is amazing deal until end October B 700 !, has pool, that is hotel, but that goes to 2,000 from 1st November

In Patong one of the best value is Chada Guesthouse, B 400 with breakfast ! But 1,000 from Nov 1st, also good value is Casa Jip, but as an example that is B 500 october and 1,100 from 1st November ! Toy Residence 650 Oct and then 1,250, cheaper places tend not to have pools, it does vary though, le Tong Hotel does have a pool, B 700, then from 1st shoots up. Patong beach Lodge is 850 with pool.

My tip: book something fora couple of nights so you get the cheap october rate, once there see if they will extend at same price or wander around and look, at least gives you a place to head to when you arrive and you know what to expect.

My fave guesthouse in Patong is Little Buddha and they don%26#39;t increase their prices for high season until Nov 14th (just google them). They are on Soi Sabai just behind Jung Ceylon so a really great location for shopping %26amp; nightlife but certainly no beachside location and no pool- but for 600 Bht per night or 3500 Bht per week you cant expect it.

Try googling %26#39;guesthouses soi sabai%26#39; for others. There are lots on that street (soi). Good luck.
