My hubby and I are going on our first trip to Phuket in March 2009 could you tell me if it is high or low season please.

It%26#39;s low season, things like hotel rooms etc will be cheaper and there%26#39;ll be a lot less tourists around.

Good time to travel, less tourists, prices are down but the weather is still great.

It is still high season but some hotel or resort provide low season. Almost is high season.... please look another...

March is during our high season with Dec/Jan being our peak high season months. Our low season is between May - October.

High Season really seems to finish on the last day of Songkran (Water Festival) in mid-April. After that there is a really noticeable drop in tourist numbers here.

Yeah Chantal, I was thinking that March being low season was news to me!
