Can anyone give me updated information on this resort? We are booked in to stay in December and from reviews I am getting mixed messages about the condotion of the property. We are not fussy but do expect to get our money%26#39;s worth. any info would be appriciated.

Seascape Beach Resort ,Koh Samui
seascape is a good budget resort choice. they are located on the best stretch of beach that koh samui has to offer, great soft white sand.
as long as you aren%26#39;t expecting 5 star service (and prices), seascape is an excellent option. big clean western style hotel rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and bar on the beach.
i have stayed at seascape, i%26#39;ve had family stay at seascape when they%26#39;ve been over to visit and i wouldn%26#39;t hesitate to put my family there again.
for the price, rooms and location it is a very good deal.

Agree with the previous poster,Seascape is a 3 star resort that you get what you pay for.Some people going by different reviews have been disappointed with Seascape but it is good value with everything taken into account.
As long as you remember what you are paying IMHO you shouldn`t be disappointed.
