Just wondering what are the basic rooms like at Laguna Resort. Also is the buffet breakfast worth the extra cost or are we better to eat out in the mornings at restaurant.
Also they say free watersports (non-motor) like canoeing etc are their plenty to go around.

Rooms are lovely, spacious, modern and easily accommodate 4. When we were there 18 mths ago they were still renovating some down the other end of the resort but I imagine they are finised now. As for breakfast it depends when you are going as we went at the end of the high season and there were some restaurants open on the beach for breakfast - omelettes, beaon and eggs, toast, banana pancakes etc but not sure if they would be open in the low season. We also walked up the beach to the Sunwing resort (about 10 min slow walk along the beach) and had breakfast there. Buffet breakfast and much cheaper than the Laguna - about 1/2 the price. Breakfast is very dear at the Laguna
