Hey there

Can anyone tell me if Chatuchak Market is open weekdays? I heard there was another market beside it that was open during the week as well. Is that true?

Yes there is a mall/market close by, its called JJ Mall. It jatujak in a shopping complex instead of outdoor market. Open daily

Tuesdays through Thursdays, the ';main'; market area becomes a plant market. Between this area, and JJ Mall, there is a bunch of stalls that sell mostly furnishings and pet supplies.

Across Kamphaengphet (MRT exit Kamphaenphet #3), there is Aw Taw Kaw. This is a huge ';wet'; market, selling fresh groceries, with plenty of food stalls for snacking. If you are into food, this is a great visit.
